Cars with less 2nd-row space
Buyers have always been attracted to cars that offer them overall value. There are many cars that take the lead with the features on offer, some take with high safety ratings, some with great fuel efficiency and some with a multitude of engine & transmission options. However, there are still many products that in spite of offering everything in the cabin, lack behind in offering space, especially in the 2nd-row. This is one of the most basic requirements for most buyers. In today’s article, we will look at cars that get less 2nd-row space.
Jeep Compass
Jeep has established itself as a premium carmaker in the country. Its Compass has led the company towards positive growth since the time it was introduced in the country. Its a feature rich car with many segment only touches. The car looks bold, has great build quality and drives great. However, the 2nd-row on the Jeep Compass does feels cramped, making it a little difficult for 3 adults to fit in comfortably for long journeys.
Renault Kwid
Renault Kwid is undoubtedly a great value-for-money product. Kwid was one of the very first cars to bring multiple features like a touchscreen infotainment system in the entry-level hatchback segment. However, the car does not get the best 2nd-row space in its segment. This surely could be a turn-off for many.
Volkswagen Polo
Polo as a product does lack behind when it comes to space in the 2nd-row. Although the Polo is a fun car to drive and comes loaded with necessary features, the lack of space in the 2nd-row does act as a turn-off for many prospective buyers.
Kia Sonet
Kia Sonet is one of the hottest compact SUVs in the country. The car looks every part bold, comes loaded with many premium features (a characteristic that Kia generally follows with its products) and gets a multitude of engine & transmission options. However, the Sonet does lack space when it comes to 2nd-row seating. Kia had aimed at the biggest-in-segment boot with the Sonet, however, that space had to be compensated from the in-cabin seating space.
Hyundai Verna
Hyundai Verna as a product is a great value-for-money offering in the segment it sits in. Along with this, the car looks very stylish. However, the Verna does lack space in the 2nd-row. This does make it a miss for many due to this factor and they would go for the Maruti Ciaz, Honda City or even the Toyota Yaris.
