The XUV300 offers the widest cabin in its segment, and the dimensions reveal that it even overtakes the Creta, thus offering a better shoulder room than the C-segment SUV. The Creta is however long and thus offers better legroom inside the cabin. Also, the extra length is utilized to offer a big boot for the convenience of passengers, something that the XUV300 misses.

The SX 1.5 Petrol Executive Trim on the other hand comes powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine that makes 113bhp and 144Nm of torque and comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. The difference in torque produced is huge here and proves the fact that the XUV300 comes powered by one of the most torque-producing engines in its segment and even in a segment above it. Both the cars come sat on 17-inch wheels. XUV300 is among the very few cars in its segment that sits on 17-inch wheels.

In terms of safety, the car offers heated ORVMs, rear disc brakes, hill start assist, front & rear fog lamps and 7 airbags being the key ones.

Hyundai Creta on the other hand offers features like trio beam LED headlamps, puddle lamps, ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, rear armrest, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Blue Link connected car tech, wireless Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and wireless charging with this trim. In terms of safety, this variant offers Hill Assist Control, rear disc brakes, ESC, VSM, ISOFIX and burglar alarm being some of the key ones.
