Car manufacturers need to understand the latest trends in the market and launch vehicles accordingly. They also need to identify customer inclinations and bring products for new segments if the situation demands. Hyundai does know how to do this right. The brand has already prepared products that fit in the new booming segments in the country currently. Also, some old products need to be given a refresh so that they align with the latest market trends. In this article, we will discuss 5 upcoming Hyundai cars in India.
The Hyundai AX1 has been in the news for quite some time now. The car gets spotted frequently on the home ground. The car, similar to its other Hyundai products is expected to come loaded with the latest features. Features like touchscreen infotainment system, premium sound system and wireless charging might be made available. The AX1 will be inspired by the Venue in terms of design and styling. The car will take on the upcoming Tata HBX when launched.
Hyundai’s new 7-seater will be a premium offering from the Korean brand. Hyundai Alcazar will come powered by petrol and a diesel engine. Hyundai Alcazar has been made keeping safety, features and performance in mind. Features like a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, a touchscreen infotainment system, connected car technology and special 3rd-row amenities are expected to follow.
Hyundai Venue facelift
With the ever-growing competition in the country, this 2-year old car does need a refresh. We do expect Hyundai to bring a facelift for the Venue in the coming time. The facelifted car will be more feature-loaded than the current one. Missing features like cool seats, remote ignition, BOSE premium sound system and ambient lighting are expected to be made available.
Hyundai i20 N-line
The i20 received a major upgrade last year which car buyers have very well appreciated. After seeing success with the new Hyundai i20, we believe Hyundai might now be planning to bring the full-fledged sportier version of the i20, the N-line to the country. The N-line comes with a much powerful engine that makes driving this hatchback more thrilling. Also, being a performance-focused product, the car will get some styling updates as well, like different alloy wheels, aggressive bumpers and aggressive spoiler. We will have wait and see if the car in India will only get the cosmetic updates or even the added performance.
Hyundai Kona was the brand’s first electric SUV for the country. The EV although being a good product, could not do great numbers in the country due to the high pricing. With an updated model already present in foreign markets, we expect Hyundai to bring the new one to India as well. The new Kona could also be one of the upcoming Hyundai cars.
