125cc bikes that you can buy in India

125cc bikes are the battle ground for some manufactures competing in commuters segment. There are few sports commuters in this segment too. We have just seen the launch of the Bajaj Pulsar NS125. Here is a list of all 125cc bikes that you can buy in 2021. All the prices mentioned below are on-road Mumbai.
Bajaj Pulsar NS125
Straight from 200cc now Bajaj has come down to 125cc. This 125cc bike is completely the same in terms of styling and this makes it difficult to digest for existing owners but for the company, its is a good deal as most of the parts are shared with the NS200.
The price of the Bajaj Pulsar NS125 starts at Rs 1,11,057. At this price, you get a 125cc air-cooled engine which makes 11 bhp of power and 11 Nm of torque. This bike is for the aspirational buyers of the NS200 who can not afford the higher price tag now.
Bajaj Pulsar 125
Bajaj Pulsar 125 also has the same air-cooled engine as mentioned above and makes the same amount of power. This bike is for commuters who want the classic looks of the pulsar. The price tag of Rs 92,598 puts it right under a lakh making it a lucrative offer. It also comes with a disc variant.
KTM Duke 125
The KTM Duke 125 is a bike that is very overpriced just because of its brand value. Sure it does have to stay above the rest of the 125cc bikes but the performance is not that great with the higher price tag it enters the territory of sports naked.
At Rs 1,87,957 it sure passes the price of the bikes like FZ and MT 15. In comparison, it only makes 14 bhp same as a Pulsar 150 which is offered at a way lower price. All that you get is the Duke styling and the brand name.
KTM RC 125
We have the same story with the RC as with the duke but here the price is even higher. For the company, these bikes act as an entry point to the lineup and they do offer some amount of feel like the bigger bikes as they do have the same dimensions. Also, the engine is a liquid-cooled 125cc engine making it one of the most advanced engines among 125cc bikes and comes at a price of Rs 1,99,160.
Honda SP 125
This is one of the best commuters out there. It comes in 2 variants and the price of the disc variant is Rs 98,400. At this price, the bike gives you a 125cc air-cooled Honda engine. This engine is low on maintenance costs and is very reliable. It makes 10 bhp and 11 Nm of torque. With the new styling, the bike also makes for a good youthful design if you are a young buyer.
Honda Shine
Now if you find the Honda SP 125 package too fancy the Shine comes in a more traditional commuter took. At Rs 93,238 its essentially the same bike underneath. The paint schemes are different as well as the body panel.
Hero Glamour
Hero Glamour is the 125cc bike that was specially introduced for the 125cc segment. It had been targeted at customers who did not want the Splendour brand name. The 125cc engine makes about 10 bhp and 10.6 Nm of torque.
Hero Super Splendor
This is the OG 125cc bike which started the segment of 125cc bikes. It has a brand new styling now. The frugal nature of the bike is why you should own it. It is quite cheap to maintain and run too. It gives great fuel mileage and at a price of Rs 90,986, this is not that expensive.
