Kia Motors has made quite a name for itself in the automobile market in the country. In just 2 years, 2 out of its 3 cars have seen huge success, putting the brand amongst the top in sales charts. Kia has further plans of bringing more cars here; some fresh models and some refreshed models. In this article, we will discuss the upcoming Kia cars in India. Let’s go.
Kia Seltos Gravity Edition
Kia Seltos is expected to get a new variant in the form of ‘Gravity Edition’. The Gravity Edition is a special edition for the Seltos. The changes expected with the special edition are new alloys, new exterior colour, a new colour for the interior and a different front grille. Also, the new Kia logo will be expected with this special edition.
Kia Seltos Facelift
Kia Seltos was the first car from this brand and was launched in 2019. The car saw huge success due to its very modern styling and premium interior feel. The Seltos attracted many customers and seeing the success, the brand is expected to bring a facelift for this mid-size SUV. The Seltos is expected to come with more value-for-money factors with its facelift. The car is expected to get a panoramic sunroof, 360-degree parking camera and a bigger touchscreen infotainment system with a facelift. You can read more about it in the article linked below.
Kia Sonet Anniversary Edition
Kia Sonet was launched in September last year. In a few months, the Sonet would complete a year in the country. Seltos received a special ‘Anniversary Edition’ when it completed a year in the country. We expect to see an anniversary edition for the Kia Sonet on the same lines. You can read more about it in the article linked below.
We had informed you earlier that Kia is preparing a compact MPV for the country, codenamed KY, which will rival multiple cars around its price bracket, once it is launched here. The MPV from the Korean brand will directly compete with the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, Maruti Suzuki XL6 and Mahindra Marazzo. You can read more about it in the article linked below.
Next-gen Kia Carnival
Kia’s premium MPV, the Carnival, could not create the stir it was supposed to make, although being a very good product. Kia, however, might not be giving up on the Carnival this quick. The Korean manufacturer might bring the next-gen Carnival to India as well which was revealed last year.
