Most Expensive Pulsar might be affordable!

It has been some time since some bajaj bike has been spotted testing. There are rumours that this might be the Bajaj Pulsar 250. Let’s first take a look at the spy shot and then move further with the expectations that we have with this bike.

Bajaj Pulsar Spy Shots

These Spy Shots of the Bajaj Pulsar 250. The front and side shot show that the bike has a layout a Pulsar NS series. The stronger design of the faring and the signature alloy wheels make it unmistakably pulsar.

The other things that you can spot on this bike are telescopic suspensios and an engine which seems to have fins on it. We are not sure if this could be an engine that is air/oil cooled. This brings us to 2 possibilities as  explained further.

Bajaj Pulsar NS 200

If we move forward with the Bajaj Pulsar 250 to be a derivative of the NS 200 then we might see the same engine as the Bajaj Dominar 250. The problem here is that that giving the same engine on the pulsar with its light weight will make it a quick bike. This might eat into the Dominar market as the only grip those customers have is the weight.

If we move forward thinking that this new pulsar is an upgrade of the 220cc engine then we might look at some power which equivalent to that of the Pulsar NS 200. The buyer of the Pulsar 220 might upgrade to this bike but is it a financially good prospect? We will have to wait and find out.

To Conclude that with the Bajaj Dominar 250 being the most affordable way you can access that 250cc engine that we see on the Duke 250 having another product might make it a cannibalising product. So we will have to wait for Bajaj to announce the bike before speculating more.
