The upcoming Mustang will feature a new exterior with revised headlights which look much sharper than the outgoing model. The front and rear bumpers have also been revised, complementing the new look of the updated Mustang. It will sport quad-exhausts, giving it the much-deserved mean machine look.

The latest Mustang will come with a 12-inch fully digital instrument cluster which looks stunning. The fully digital instrument also complements the cabin by giving it a modern appeal. It offers 3 separate views which can be customized according to the preferred driving modes.

Connected Car Tech

The Ford Mustang, for the first time, will be offered with Ford’s SYNC Connect with FordPass. The user will be able to perform features like remote lock-unlock and remote ignition along with multiple other conveniences using their smartphones. Also, the user will be able to track the car using the FordPass.

Ford Mustang Retuned engine

The new Mustang will come with a retuned 5.0-litre V8 engine, which will now be able to produce close to 460bhp and 570Nm of torque. This is an increase of around 60bhp over the previous model available in the country.

New transmission

The outgoing Mustang sported a 6-speed automatic transmission. The new one, however, will come with a 10-speed automatic, offering better performance, quicker shifts and improved acceleration.

The Mustang will now come loaded with modern safety features, to give the driver a better sense of confidence while driving this beast. The car is expected to come loaded with technologies like Pre-collision Assist with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning and lane-keeping assist for the safety of the passengers in the cabin as well as the other people on the road.
