Citroen, the French carmaker seeing the opportunity of SUVs being loved in India has decided to launch the C5 Aircross in India recently. Booking, Delivery and Price
People are quite excited about the upcoming Citroen C5 Aircross in India. Official bookings of the SUV are expected to start from the 1st of March 2021. The pre-booking however can be done with dealers according to Citroen. We also expect deliveries of the SUVs to start from April 2021. The new Citroen C5 Aircross will be available in two variants: Feel and Shine.
In terms of pricing, the car should be launched next month and we expect prices to range between Rs 15 lakhs to Rs 20 lakhs (ex-showroom).
Engine and Performance
The new Citroen C5 Aircross in India is powered by a 2.0L diesel engine producing maximum power of 177bhp and 400Nm of torque. With an 8-speed automatic gearbox, it will offer a claimed mileage of 18.6kmpl. The interiors of the C5 Aircross is also quite premium and plush. The French carmaker has not compromised on quality for keeping the price low.
Features and Looks
The Citroen C5 Aircross comes with standard features like cruise control, electric parking brake, TPMS, traction control, hill descent control and many more. Additional features include dual-zone climate control, hands-free parking, powered driver’s seat, auto-dimming IRVM, and rearview camera. The new SUV also looks quite promising from the exteriors. The front split LED headlamps, with LED DRLs, 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels and roof-mounted spoiler all increase the overall beauty of the car. Dealers and More
The upcoming Citroen C5 Aircross will be sold via the brand’s La Maison showrooms across 10 select cities. The first dealership will be set up in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The carmaker will also have its outlets in Delhi, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Bangaluru, Hyderabad, Cochin, Chennai and Kolkata. Citroen will also have the first mobile showroom in India.
