Design Comparison

With the Hyundai Creta E, you get DRLs, black front grille, and some more similar components as the top model. With the Kia Seltos  HTE you don’t get LED DRLs, and the front grille is also quite different compared to the higher trims of the Seltos. Is the base variant Kia Sonet worth considering?

The side profile is similar in both the car. They both come with steel rims and 16-inch wheels. Hyundai Creta E scores a major point by providing turn indicators on the ORVMs. The Kia Seltos base variant has normal body panel indicators which make the car look a little cheap. Kia Seltos base variant on the other hand redeems points by providing shark fin antenna with the base variant.

Interior and Features

Hyundai Creta E comes with a flat-bottom steering wheel with D-cuts which is similar to the top-end variant of the SUV. There is also no infotainment system present with the car. You can control the instrument cluster MID via the buttons provided on the steering wheel. The base variant of the Hyundai Creta also comes with electrically adjustable ORVMs.

The main benefit of the base variant of the Kia Seltos is the basic infotainment system provided with the SUV. The steering wheel is not flat bottom but comes with media control buttons for added functionality and aesthetics.  Kia Seltos base variant also does not have electrically adjustable ORVMs.4-speakers are also provided with the 2-din music system. The rear AC vents on the Kia Seltos HTE also come with a charging point as a bonus.
