The Renault Kiger is available in 4 variant options. There are also two engine options with the car. With the current introduction prices, the Renault Kiger is the cheapest sub-compact SUV in the segment. Nissan Magnite which was previously launched also does not stand far apart from the Kiger. As it is clear from the table above, the Renault Kiger is the cheapest compact-SUV against the competition. Compared to Nissan, Renault has launched their product with more aggressive pricing. The Ford EcoSport surprisingly has become the costliest product in the segment. With a starting price tag of Rs. 9.46 lakh, it is out of reach for a majority of budget buyers.

Engine and Performance
The Renault Kiger is available with two engine options: 1.0-litre 72bhp naturally aspirated petrol and 1.0-litre 100bhp turbo petrol engine. 5-speed manual gearbox engine is standard with both the engines. The 72bhp engine comes with an AMT transmission option while the 100bhp comes with a CVT transmission option. ARAI claimed mileage of the turbo-petrol manual is said to be 20 km/l. Different drive modes like Normal, Eco and Sports are also available with the higher trims of the turbo petrol engine.
