The Safari gets six fast-charging ports in total for the convenience of the passengers. Fast-charging ports are present in the 3rd-row as well. Rear disc brakes

The Tata Safari comes with front and rear disc brakes, whereas the Harrier gets just front disc brakes, with the rear being regular drum brakes. The extra disc brakes on the rear offer the bigger-than-Harrier SUV greater stopping power, hence giving better safety under critical conditions. Moreover, with the extra disc brakes on offer, the braking performance on the Safari would be less likely to get affected by dirt, water or rust, making it better for the terrain for it is built.

18-inch tyres

Tata Safari Features

The Tata Safari gets 18-inch tyres when compared to the Harrier, which gets 17-inch tyres. The bigger tyres on Safari would help it tread over terrain with control. Moreover, the big tyres provide better ride quality, cornering and handling to the car this big in size. The big tyres would also help in reducing the braking distance.
