The eKUV100 will look similar to the gasoline-powered KUV100, with some minor changes across the vehicle. The addition of black side skirts gives it a sporty look. Chrome highlights are also a nice addition over the regular KUV100. Mahindra might bring in new alloys as well for the eKUV100.

The interior on the eKUV100 will be exactly the same as the regular KUV100. Only minor change done to the interior is the replacement of glossy plastic on the interior with matte-finish plastic.

Battery Pack

The Mahindra eKUV100 will get a liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery pack. The electric motor powering the electric car will be able to produce 54.4bhp of power and 120Nm of torque. The battery pack on the eKUV100 will support fast charging. With fast charging available, the car will be able to charge up to 80% within an hour. With regular charging, the battery pack will take around 6 hours to charge fully.

The eKUV100 can run up to 150 km on a single charge. Comparing to the time it takes to charge the vehicle with fast charging, these numbers are really going to impress the customers. The launch of the eKUV100 is expected to be anytime in the coming months.
