New Mahindra Bolero – Our Expectations
The Mahindra Bolero has been the country’s most reliable and affordable all-purpose vehicle. The Bolero, which runs on smooth roads as a taxi, is equally capable of running on poor terrains of mountain roads. We expect Mahindra to bring an updated model of the Bolero any time soon. So in this article, we will be discussing what the current Bolero does not have which we hope the new Mahindra Bolero comes with.
New Mahindra Looks
The Bolero has a style of its own. With the upcoming new Bolero, we expect the current style to be carried forward but with updates like LED DRL, LED headlamps, LED tail-lights and updated bumpers added to make the Bolero Neo a much better-looking product.
Improved Safety
The Bolero is a product with the solid build quality, but it lacks some safety features which are becoming standard these days like dual airbags, engine immobilizer and auto door-lock while driving. So, we expect the Bolero to come with these added safety features in the upcoming facelift.
Expected Features
The Bolero comes with modern features like the digital instrument cluster, open door alert, trip distance and other such conveniences. We, however, expert the Bolero Neo to come with added features like rear AC vents and a touchscreen infotainment system.
Other Updates
With the upcoming new Bolero, we expect some other updates, like a basic AMT and four-wheel drive on offer. We also expect to see the Bolero Neo coming with front-facing seats instead of the side-facing seating layout at the rear, in order to match with the high safety standards becoming a priority these days.
Overall, Mahindra Bolero has been a successful product for many years. We do not expect Mahindra to discontinue the current Bolero because this product has also seen great success and Mahindra would not want to put an axe on the current one. With the new one coming soon, we expect to see the Bolero maintain its charm.
