The compact sedan segment is not the same in 2021, as it was before some years back. This is the base variant of the Tata Tigor and costs Rs.6.50 lakh. (On-road Mumbai) The base variant of the Tata Tigor comes with all the basic safety and other features compared to modern-day cars. Safety features include dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensors, Seat belt reminder and high-speed alert.  You also get electric power steering with tilt adjustment, and digital MID cluster.  You get adjustable front headrests,  chrome finish on rear bumpers and light grey and slate interiors.

The Tata Tigor XM variant costs Rs.7.18 lakh (On-road Mumbai). In this variant you get additional features like central locking, speed sensing auto door lock, and day and night IRVM.  The Tata Tigor XM variant also gets the Harman 2-din Audio system with 4 speakers, front and rear power windows and wheel covers.  You also get interior lamps with theatre dimming and chrome finish around the AC vents.  You also have the Tata Tigor XMA variant which comes with similar features but with an AMT transmission. XZ variant

The Tata Tigor XZ variant costs Rs. 7.66 lakh. For the price, you get features like front fog lamps, steering mounted audio controls, and two additional tweeters.  Additional functional features include One touchdown driver window, Rear armrest with cup holders, and cooled glove-box. You also get better exterior features like chrome lined door handles, black finish B pillar, Body-coloured ORVM with turn indicators.

XZ+ variant

The Tata Tigor XZ+ variant with a 5-speed manual transmission costs Rs. 8.35 lakh (On-road Mumbai). This variant has additional safety features like rear defogger, rear parking camera and projector headlamps with LED DRLs.  This is also the only variant in the Tata Tigor lineup with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with 4 speaker and 4 tweeters. You also get Android Auto and Apple Car Play support.

Additional functional features in this variant include fully automatic climate control,  height-adjustable driver seat, and smart key.  Style features on the Tata Tigor XZ+ include R15 Dual-tone alloy wheels, Piano Black ORVM, premium knitted roof and fabric lined rear door armrest.  The Tata Tigor XZ+ variant also comes with AMT transmission option which costs Rs.8.95 lakh.
