Hyundai Venue Facelift – What to expect?
The Hyundai Venue has been in the top league on the sales charts since its first introduction in the Indian market. The Venue, which awaits a proper facelift in the country, should definitely be on cards for Hyundai in order to compete with the rivals in the compact SUV segment. Down below we discuss our expectations of a Hyundai Venue facelift.
Exterior
The Hyundai Venue facelift might sport updated design elements all over the exterior. The facelift might come with redesigned bumpers and front grille to give the Venue a fresh look. Even the headlamps and the tail-lamps might get fresh design treatment. The facelift of the Venue might also offer new colour options to make the facelift edition stand out.
Interior
The facelift edition might also get many updates on the interior front. The major one might be a bigger touchscreen which we see on the Creta, coming with the next Venue. Moreover, a completely-digital instrument panel might also be installed on the facelift which the current edition misses. Current projector halogen headlamp setup might also get updated with HID projectors or LED Reflectors like its competition.
Updated Music System
The current Hyundai Venue gets an Arkamys music system with front and rear speakers with tweeters on the front. However, the updated Venue might get the premium BOSE music system with a subwoofer which we see on the new Creta. Along with front and rear door speakers and front tweeters, front central speaker might also be offered.
New Transmission Options
The Hyundai Venue comes with options of a petrol engine mated to a variety of transmissions, and, a regular diesel manual, but still misses a diesel automatic which is being offered by the competition. Although, overall power is not expected to change with other figures also expected to remain the same.
Hyundai Venue Facelift Added features
New features like remote ignition and cool-seats might be offered on the Hyundai Venue facelift, which is not on offer until now. These features are already being offered on the competition like the Kia Sonet. Turn by turn navigation might also be added on the facelift.
The Hyundai Venue is a really important product for Hyundai. Although the Venue is already a value-for-money product, a facelift with added features will make it an even better product.
