The Kia Seltos really disrupted the market with its entry two years ago. Seltos took the competition straight to sister company, Hyundai and dethroned the Creta for sometime. It has cemented the position of Kia in the market in a big way and paved the way to success for the Sonet compact SUV. But after the launch of the new generation Creta last year, the Seltos has seen its value take a hit. So it is upto the 2021 Kia Seltos facelift up the charm of this midsize SUV again.

Design updates

We don’t expect the car to get major updates here. The 2021 Kia Seltos facelift will continue with it’s signature tiger nose grille design. Headlights, bumpers and design language are overall expected to be the same. The car could get some added trim if the company adds variants. The company could also add new colors to the cars. We expect the GT trim to get some more colors and the alloy wheels to receive a change. The Seltos is a steller bit of design in this segment and Kia really does not need to change much here.

The one addition that we know will also come to the Seltos and other Kia cars will be the new Kia logo.

The car gets a big 10.25 inch touchscreen, lane change assist cameras, connected car tech, ventilated seats and a heads up display. With the 2021 Kia Seltos, the brand could add – electronic parking brake, panoramic sunroof and give the automatic variants.
