Tata Motors recently updated the service interval for the new Tata Tiago BS6 in India. Under the new scheme, the service interval has been increased from 6 months to 1 year or 15,000km whichever is first. Owners with a pre-facelift variant of the car sadly are not eligible for this benefit.

The expected price of the first service has also been shown to be Rs.3409.The second service interval is set at 2 years/30,000km with service costs around Rs.9095. Both of these prices are for silver package. For the gold package the first service costs Rs.4368 and the second service costs Rs.10859. There is also extended warranty option with the Tata Tiago BS6.

The Tata Tiago BS6 is the cheapest cars in India with four-star safety rating in the Global-NCAP.  You can see countless incidents in which a Tata Tiago has been involved in extreme accidents yet the passengers have always escaped unhurt.
