Exterior Styling

The new generation Hyundai i20 is all about sharp edges and aggressive exteriors. The overall width of the car is also quite spectacular. Black elements throughout the car add a sporty element to the car. Straight lines on the car are in plenty and help you stand apart from the competition.

There are also a number of i20 badges throughout the exteriors of the car.  The connected taillamps with chrome strip also looks pretty cool.  You get 16-inch tires with the car and the spare wheel is of 15-inches. There is also 170mm of ground clearance. The paint quality is also quite good.

Interior styling

The new Hyundai i20 looks and feels premium. Red accents on the black interior match the sportiness of the outside with inside. The overall build quality of the materials could have been a little better. The 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system is the segment-first and also comes with connected car technology.

You also get features like sunroof, wireless charging and air purifier in the higher-spec models of the car.  It also comes with safety features like 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, TPMS(HL), ESC with VSM and HAC.

The rear seat space is also quite sufficient for three passengers. Lack of the third headrest at the rear serves as a negative point. 311 litres of boot space is also not the best.  Ingress and Egress is also pretty good.
