The Mahindra-Scorpio shaped water tank shown in the pictures is present in Bhagalpur in Bihar. Nostalgia and sense of pride is a definite characteristic here.  The water tank also gets the same registration plate number as the owner’s first car. Intasar Alam got this inspiration when he visited Agra with his wife and spotted a similar water tank on the roof of one of the houses. The dedication shows the amount of love Alam has for his first car. We have also seen many famous people looking to buy back their first car, all because of memories and other stuff.

Presence in North India

Such uncommonly shaped water tank may be unique in Bihar, but Punjab is filled with odd-shaped water tanks. For many Punjabis, the water tanks serve the purpose of expressing themselves. There are various other shapes of water tanks too. The aeroplane is one of the most common water tank shapes that you will get to see but many people have unique shapes like a bottle of whiskey, a pressure cooker and even a bullock cart. People here choose the shape of the water tank based on something they love/look up to. The Mahindra Scorpio shaped water tank sure has attracted a lot of eyes and truly speaks about the passion Intasar holds for the SUV.
