On the basis of look & dimensions Jimny seems to be better option. It will be early to comment because Jimny is yet to be launched whereas Thar has been launched. Both the SUVs are offroad and have very good base in India. Actual comparison can be done only when the Jimny is launched . Mahindra is boss in this segment But track record of Maruti also shows very good performance of their vehicles. Hope Jimny will be more attractive and with full of new features and advanced technology. Lets wait for some time and then final opinion regarding performance can be made.
