Maruti Wagon R 7 seater Interiors
Maruti Suzuki’s Wagon R will be coming in a new avatar as a seven-seater. Our sources have confirmed that the company has already started working on the development of this new vehicle. The seven-seater Wagon R vehicle will be priced similar to the Grand i10. Maruti will want to attract first-time car buyers towards this MUV. The Datsun GO+ and the Tata Venture are already two hatchbacks that are offering something similar. Maruti will want to target a segment above these two. A MUV buyer will need more spacious and premium interiors.
That is one reason why Maruti will want to get this on its Wagon R. The seven-seater Wagon R will get some more features and a revision in the interior styling as well. The Wagon R is one of the highest selling vehicles in the country.
The biggest USP of this MPV will be it’s spacious. It will be as spacious as the Wagon R has been. Expect even the third row to have good enough space too. However, the knee room could be a bit tight as Suzuki could be getting this as a 5+2 than a seven-seater. The Wagon R will have a boot sufficient enough to put a CNG tank as well. This will add on more value and will be offered in the CNG variant as well. The Wagon R will be launched in India sometime in 2018. This MPV will be carrying on basic interiors and some more features with than the Wagon R. A more premium and spacious competition to the Datsun Go+.
