The Kia Seltos gives tough competition to market leader Hyundai Creta and defeats it in many aspects. Hyundai Venue is also a very successful car and Kia wants to launch its own offering too. What are the variants?

Like the Kia Seltos, the Kia Sonet will be available in two broad trim levels. These will be named Tech line and GT line, same as the Seltos.  The spy pics show the interiors of the GT line of the car. As seen in the pictures, the interior looks quite similar to the Kia Seltos. Kia wants to launch this new car at an aggressive pricing and these techniques will help keep the production costs low.  Steering Wheel, instrument cluster cowl and the touchscreen infotainment system is the same as the Kia Seltos.  The Kia Seltos GT lineup has a 7.0-inch TFT LCD screen for MID but the Sonet misses it.  The Kia Sonet has impressive features compared to other cars in the segment.

Probable features include UVO connected car technology, cruise control, front and rear parking sensor, Bose sound system and electric sunroof. This new compact SUV may also get features like wireless charging, six airbags, ABS with EBD, traction control and 360-degree parking camera. Impressive features and aggressive price can only help the car compete against Hyundai Venue.

Kia Sonet is set to release in the Compact SUV segment and defeat the long-term market leader. This segment currently is ruled by its sister company Hyundai Venue but things may change. The company is set to officially reveal the car on 7th of August 2020.  You will get the special iMT transmission which was recently launched in the Hyundai Venue. Kia may borrow the same engines from Venue to keep the production costs low.  Basically it’s a new avatar to Hyundai Venue.

You will get all the modern and the same features like the Hyundai car.  Hyundai Venue currently costs between Rs.6.7 to Rs.11.58 lakh for the BS6 variant. The Kia Sonet looks more aggressive and futuristic compared to its rivals. The Kia Seltos has given a tough competition to Hyundai Creta and the same thing may be seen here too.
