Aprilia Storm Gets Disc Brake

Recently the Vespa VXL and SXL facelift were launched as BS6 compliant scooters. These came with a new 125cc and 150cc engine. Now Piaggio launches the Aprilia Storm Disc Brake version too. Know more about this further in the article

Auto Expo 2020

The Aprilia Storm Disc brake and the Vespa VXL and SXL had been shown at the Auto Expo 2020. The bookings were opened up at Rs 1000 and there were also online benefits of Rs 2,000 offered now.

Vespa VXL and SXL

The Vespa comes with a 125cc and 150cc engine options. These scooters are made from monocoque full steel body. They also look very stylish with the 3 coat colour technology. The safety on these scooters is good with ABS or combined braking system and a twin pot disc brake which is rare on a scooter.

The engine is BS6 compliant but is not at all low on power and has 3 valve technology which is supported by the fuel injection system. The tyres on these scooters are also good with petal design alloys for comfort. They also have a designer look. Now the Vespa comes with LED headlamps and daytime running lights. The new additions are a boot light and USB charging port.

Aprilia Storm

Aprilia Storm 125 now gets new features like twin pot calliper disc brakes. There is a new digital instrument cluster and a 12-inch alloy wheel. The scooter also gets some new body styling.
