Recently the announcement of the confirmation of the Nissan Magnite was done. This car was showcased as a concept car and right after a few days now, spy shots of the Magnite have surfaced. Is this the Production Ready Nissan Magnite?

What’s Seen in the Spy Shot?

Before we come to the spy shot we urge you to take a look at the concept car in this article where we have broken down different design elements which we think will make it to the production. Click Here – Nissan Magnite Confirmed for India!

Nissan Magnite Spyshot

The Spy image shows a Nissan car which is semi camouflaged. This has the same front end as shown on the Nissan Magnite Concept. So this could be a Production Ready Nissan Magnite. Furthermore take a look at the elements that are missing on this one as compared to the Concept Nissan Magnite.

As you can see, the headlight shape is sharp and strikingly similarities to that of the Concept but on the Production Ready Nissan Magnite the part where the LED daytime running lights were expected you just get chrome inserts. These do not serve any purpose, not even of housing the fog lamps.

The grille of the car is smaller but it has a design from the Datsun which you can’t stop noticing. The logo is masked on the car but we think that this might be the new logo of Nissan. The front diffuser which had a very bold look on the concept is now turned into a more subtle one which makes the car fit among its competitors.

The other things that are seen on the car are pretty much the same. The windscreen is presumably at a sharper angle thereby increasing the overall stance of the vehicle.

What else is Expected?

The car is expected with 2 engine options namely a 1-litre naturally aspirated engine and the other one to be a turbocharged one for better performance. Also the automatic gearbox is expected to be a CVT and to come only on the turbocharged engine of the Production Ready Nissan Magnite.

360 Parking camera, Cruise control and automatic climate control are expected in this car. There is still confusion about the L-shaped daytime running lights on the bumper.

The launch of this car in the month of January 2021 with a price tag of approximately Rs 5.5 lakhs. The competition in this segment is strong. With cars like the Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, XUV 300 and Ford Ecosport which have their strengths will make it difficult for the Production Ready Nissan Magnite.

Along with these cars there are 2 upcoming cars – Kia Sonet and Renault Kriger. For more such content stay subscribed to the Motoroctane Youtube, Google NEWS, Facebook and Twitter
