Price

The BS6 Hero Xpulse 200 is priced at Rs 1,11,790. There is an increase of Rs 6,790 over the BS4 model. But this increase is justified with the changes in the engine. These changes have been done to address the problems on the BS4 model. Along with this there news of the BS6 Xpulse 200T to launch soon in the BS6 avatar.

Deliveries of the bike are expected to start with the bike reaching dealerships soon this week. The bookings of the bike have been opened a few months back but the bike had been delayed due to logistic restriction on the COVID-19 crisis.

BS6 Hero Xpulse 200 Specs

The BS6 Hero gets the same 199.6 cc single-cylinder engine. This engine is now oil-cooled. This will help the engine run a bit more cooler and there will be a significant smoothness. The BS6 engine makes slightly lower power. Also, the carburated engine does away and customers can only by the bike with Fi system. The current engine makes 18 bhp of power and 16 Nm of torque.

Rally Kit

The Rally Kit is something that takes the Hero Xpulse 200 to another level. The original concept of the Rally Kit was shown at the EICMA. This entire Kit is for Rs 38,000 and is completely road legal. The bike gets Maxxis knobby tyres, adjustable suspension, taller rally seat, handlebar risers and a long stand.

The Rally kit is recommended for serious dirt riding. The stock bike is capable of handling adventure well. The Rally Kit offers much more adjustability in terms of suspension adjustment.

Even with the BS6 Hero Xpulse 200 completely equipped with the rally kit is cheaper than the Royal Enfield Himalayan BS6. The Himalayan and the KTM Adventure are the bikes in the same discipline but they have very sperate price segments.
