The Renault Kwid RXL 1.0 was launched as the company sold over 3.5 lakh units of Kwid. There is a strong demand for the small SUV like the car even after one ear of its launch. Also, this car is the main seller for the company.

Having the RXL variant in 0.8 and 1.0 powertrains give more option to the customers. The car features an 8.0-inch touch screen. MediaNAV Evolution. It does get Apple Car Play and Android Auto. The instrument cluster is LED too which is not seen on other cars of this segment. The slight disappointment is the AMT dial. It is a very unconventional way gear selector looks and it does take some time to get used to. There is also 279 litres of boot space on offer in such a small car.

The Renault Kwid RXL 1.0 is offered in 6 colours. -Zanskar Blue, Fiery Red, Moonlight Silver, Ice Cool White, Outback Bronze, and Electric Blue. There is also an additional warranty offered up to 5 years and 1,00,000 km. The price starts from Rs 2.49 lakhs and goes up to 5.07 lakhs for the top model.

This RXL variant has been launched to tap into the customers who want a lower-priced automatic car.
