Maruti Suzuki’s new programme will first include all its customers from Arena, Nexa and True Value outlets.  The programme comes with a range of benefits starting from service, Maruti insurance, Genuine accessories (MSGA), customer referrals and ends at buying a new additional car. A host of other features and advantages are included in the package.

Interested owners of Maruti Suzuki vehicles can enrol themselves in the new reward programme by logging onto the official Nexa or Maruti Suzuki Website.

According to our sources, speaking about the launch of this new initiative, Kenichi Ayukawa, MD and CEO of Maruti Suzuki, India said, “Maruti Suzuki Rewards reinforces our commitment to offer a bouquet of delightful services to customers. This new loyalty program takes this spirit forward and brings together some of the finest benefits. It offers flexibility to the members to use the benefits as per their need. Customers can also climb up the tier ladder of the loyalty program to avail special and exclusive benefits. Maruti Suzuki dealerships across India will accept the Maruti Suzuki Rewards program. The rewards can be used for redemption against vehicle service, purchase of accessories and genuine parts. Extended warranty and insurance or enrolling with our driving schools will also be a part.”

Customers can redeem the points collected through this programme for vehicle service and other perks stated above.  However, the manufacturer has divided its members into four categories. They are member, silver, gold and platinum. Customers of the higher category will definitely be able to avail exclusive offers.  The company will also award its members with ‘badges’, according to their interaction with the Maruti Suzuki Brand.

Maruti Suzuki will send digitally all information and transaction alerts to the customer’s registered mobile number. They have specifically made the program card-less. India’s largest automaker currently sells fifteen car models, namely Alto, S-Presso, Celerio, Celerio X, WagonR, Swift, Dzire, Vitara Brezza, Ertiga, Eeco, Ignis, Baleno, Ciaz, XL6 and X-Cross through Maruti Suzuki Arena and Nexa jointly.
