Upcoming Suzuki Intruder 250 Patent Images

In the latest interview with the Suzuki 2 wheeler marketing head, we came to that Suzuki has been working on a new product. But as it was in a very preliminary stage, no details were revealed.

Leaked Suzuki Intruder 250 Images

The leaks are patented images of the new exhaust for a new Suzuki intruder. This was filed in November 2018.

The leaked images show the single header pipe with a catalytic converter. The cat-con is an extender to a dual-barrel exhaust system like the Intruder 150 BS6. The main question is why was the patent filed in 2018. So does it hold relevance now?

Suzuki Intruder 250

The Suzuki Intruder might get the same engine as the Gixxer 250. It will have the same 6-speed gearbox. The engine will be an oil cooled unit to give more performance and run cooler.

The power output of the engine on the Suzuki Gixxer is 26 bhp and there is 22 Nm torque. This same engine on the Intruder 250 will become a good competitor for the Bajaj Avenger 220.

Expected features

The Expected features on this will be LED light setup for the head and tail lights. Also, a new daytime running light might feature on this bike. Along with that, the digital instrument cluster will be carried over from the Gixxer 250. Most of the other things will be shared with the Suzuki Intruder 250 which will help in the cost-cutting process.

Launch and Price
