The Car is expected to make it to the market by the start of FY 2021. The company has not let out any details about the launch.
This car is expected to be priced in the ₹4.5 to ₹7.5 lakh price bracket which is close to the Tata Tigor. This makes it a good car for people who want to buy an SUV as their first Car.
The main competitors in its segment include Maruti Suzuki Ignis(₹4.89 to ₹ 7.20 lakh) and Mahindra KUV 100 NXT(₹4.88 to ₹ 7.01 lakh) which are similarly priced in the Indian market and are currently dominating the segment.
Though the Auto expo model looks to cool to be a production car, Tata Motors had confirmed that the production variant will retain 95% of elements from the production car. It was a dream too good to be true then but recent spy shots clear the picture. Also, take a look at the Nissan Micro SUV. CLICK HERE
Exteriors
The majority of style elements will be retained in the production model of the Upcoming Tata HBX. All SUV elements inside out have not been touched or removed from the actual production car. High stance, wheel cladding, rugged roof rails, funky yet functional bonnet, and the muscular bumper are all part of the real deal. The rear bumper had been slightly redesigned and the super cool wheels will be replaced by a road efficient 15-inch wheels. This car is designed to be a super compact SUV while retaining the majority of the features of a full-size SUV.
Interiors
From the Spy shots, We can see that the interior of the car has also been retained as per the auto expo model. Golden highlights have been removed, but you won’t complain about it either. The flat-bottom steering, infotainment system with a 7.0-inch touchscreen and square AC vents are all present.
