Honda SP 125 BS6 has definitely made an impact on the 125 cc segment. With the BS6 upgrade, the bike has got some of the segment-leading features. So, here is our list of the 5 things that we love about the Honda SP 125.

1. Dual throttle cable

The first thing that we loved about the Honda SP 125 BS6 is that it comes with two throttle cables. Due to the dual throttle cable, it has a better throttle response which helps you to get an enhanced riding feel. When you twist the throttle, it will give a better sense of the throttle. The dual cable not only adds on the riding pleasure but also has less the slack and maintenance when compared to the single throttle cable.

2. Instrument cluster

Honda SP 125 BS6 comes with a fully digital instrument cluster. It’s the first in the segment feature, as most of the bikes in the segment are equipped with a semi-digital unit. The SP 125 has a wide instrument cluster which suits the character of the bike. You get all the much-required info on the instrument cluster such as speed, odometer, trip meter, gear position, fuel level and time. However, it misses out on tachometer which would have made it even better. Nevertheless, it is still a city commuter and most of your ride will be in the city, so we can neglect it.

3. Tank Fairing

The Honda SP 125 comes with a tank fairing which is unusual for the segment. The fairing makes the bike to appear like a bigger bike. At first glance, one might think it as a 150 cc bike. The fairing very well meshes with the tank and overall design of the bike. The colour treatment on the bike and tank fairing also enhances its sportiness.
