Today Skoda has launched 3 new products online. This is really a big step in the Automobile industry that a manufacturer has taken a bold step by launching its products. Skoda Karoq Price

The Skoda Karoq has launched at a price of Rs 24.99 lakhs (ex-showroom). At this price, it competes with other SUVs like Hyundai Tucson and the Jeep Compass. There is a large difference among the pricing of the Jeep Compass and the Skoda Karoq.  The main reason why this car is priced higher as it is imported to India as a CBU.

This significantly increases the price but the quality is also expected to be better.

Skoda Karoq Specifications

The Skoda Karoq gets the VW 1.5 litre turbo petrol engine. This engine is paired to a 7-speed DCT gearbox. All this produces a power of 150hp and 250Nm of torque. The downside here is that the car is a Front-wheel drive car.

This might disappoint some of the enthusiasts looking at this car. The Skoda Karoq Price can get a good fully loaded Rear-wheel drive car for an enthusiast and leave some money for some additional modifications.

The Skoda Karoq comes in a single variant so all the features of this car are packed into one variant. On the exterior, the car gets 17inch alloy wheels, full LED headlamps and the Panoramic sunroof give the car a very elegant feel. The car gets a lot of fancy features on the inside.

There is an 8 -inch touchscreen and a virtual cockpit digital instrument cluster. There is also dual-zone climate control for added comfort. The car does not get wireless charging and ventilated seats which is seen on many lower segment cars now.

Skoda Karoq Safety

The Skoda Karoq is a very safe car with 9 airbags. It also has ABS and EBD. There is brake assist and ESC. The Hill-start is handy as it a heavy car with an automatic gearbox. The car also gets rear parking sensors and a rear parking camera.

Also with this Skoda also launched the Skoda Rapid with a new engine.

19 lakhs and is available in 2 colours. The Ambition variant of the Skoda Rapid gets 4 colour option and is priced at Rs 9.99 lakhs. The Monte Carlo edition is at the top with 2 colours and priced at Rs 11.79 lakhs. Along with this, the Skoda Superb has launched at a price of  Rs 29.99 lakhs.
