TVS Victor BS6 coming soon- what to expect

TVS recently launched it’s Star City + BS6 version, and soon will it upgrade Victor and Radeon in the BS6 avatar. It is expected have notable and striking changes over the predecessor. To know more about the upcoming TVS Victor BS6, continue reading below.

Design changes

The TVS Victor BS6 will be equipped with pretty modern features. The front headlamp fairing will be a different unit and will posses full-LED headlamp setup with daytime running LED DRLs. The fairing is expected to get similar styling updates as the recently launched Star City +. The tail lamps are also presumed to have upgraded styling. It is expected that BS6 upgrade will have new colour options and also upgraded graphics. Overall, the design element is speculated to be same as the BS4 model.

Powertrain

Most of the changes will be seen on the powertrain due to BS6 transformation. It will retain the same BS4 109.7 cc engine from BS4 version, but with the BS6 tweaks, same engine is currently shared with TVS Star City+ BS6. It will now possess eco thrust fuel injection, an BS6 regulated catalytic converter and so. The power will be dropped by 0.3 bhp, however torque will remain same. The engine will produce 8.08 bhp max power at 7350 and 8.7 Nm peak torque at 4500 rpm.

Hardware

TVS Victor BS6 will retain the Hardware from the predecessor. It will continue to have 17-inch both front and rear tyres. The braking duty will be managed by 240 mm drum at front and 110 mm drum at rear, the brakes will be assisted by brand’s SBS(Sync-Braking System). While, Suspension duty will be managed by the telescopic suspension at front and hydraulic spring suspension at rear. It will retain the semi digital instrument console from the BS4 model.

Price

The price is expected to be premium of Rs 7,000 to 8,000 over the BS4 model. For reference the BS4 version starts at Rs 54,042(ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 59,602(ex-showroom) for disc variant. It will compete against Hero Passion Pro 110, Bajaj Platina 110 and Honda Livo.
