For the first time we get to see the 2016 models of the Ford Endeavour and the Toyota Fortuner parked next to each other, giving a clear view and idea of how they compare visually. The pics were clicked in Thailand by a member of the Toyota Fortuner Club.

The new Ford Endeavour is an entirely new vehicle and comes across as a radically different to its predecessor. The refresh comes after a long time too. Nothing flashy about the design but it is simple and yet bold. The new Fortuner on the hand, has sleek, elongated, wrap around headlamps and a new two-slat grille. It has a chiseled look bumper with vertical fog lamp bezels and this new look is meaner that the Endeavour. The old Fortuner also had a more modern design than the old Endeavour. However, both SUVs look have a bold exteriors and  are good to look at.

Sizewise, the new Endeavour measures 4,893 mm in length, 1,862 mm in width, 1836 mm in height, having a wheelbase of 2,850 mm and ground clearance of 225 mm. The new Toyota Fortuner is 4,795 mm long, 1,855 mm wide, 1,835 mm high, has a wheelbase of 2,750 mm and a ground clearance of 193 mm.Overall, the Endeavour is marginally bigger that the Fortuner.
