2019 Pulsar 125 is a bike that will let you own the popular bike at a low price. This is to bump the sales of 150 as well as put the parts that are manufactured to better use. We had predicted that bike will be around Rs 60,000. Bajaj won’t offer ABS in the base variant just to keep the prices in check. What Bajaj gives are CBS brakes which will link the front disk brake and the rear drum brake. The price of the bike will places it perfectly in between the Bajaj Discover 125 and the Bajaj Pulsar 150. Therefore while launching the sub-segment the pricing plays a great role. On first look the bike will look the same to the higher model, there will be a change in the internal. So the price will fluctuate depending on the omissions. Another thing that will affect will be the new BS6 engine that will feature in this bike.

The pulsar in a higher spec version is priced at Rs 70,618. This gets tank shrouds and a belly pan. This bike looks like a more traditional pulsar. It also gets a carbon fiber graphics.

2019 Bajaj Pulsar 125 Design

The design of the Pulsar 125 carries the same chassis as of the Pulsar 150. The bike gets a headlamp with yellow halogen bulbs the pilot lamps are also yellow bulbs. The front forks of the bike are thinner but for now, the technical specifications are not out. The bike is offered in a Neon color scheme. The main color of the bike is black. To keep in harmony the engine of the bike is also black in color. The bike gets one-piece grab handle. The badging on the tank, the 125 letterings on the tailpiece as well as the tank pad are finished according to the neon color theme. The bike has a black exhaust with chrome foot guard. The bike gets clip-on handles too.

Most of the buyers will be those who will buy it because they could not afford the Pulsar 150 but wanted the looks. In addition to this, the people who want to buy the Discover but find its look too commuters might lean towards the Pulsar for the looks. Bajaj is currently offering a matte finished neon edition color option only.

For now, the bike is available in a Neon color scheme that is offered on the higher models of the Pulsar. But while testing the bike was spotted with a red colour scheme that was available on the Pulsar for years. The 3 main colours Red, Blue and Black are expected to come back soon. Being a 125cc bike the biggest advantage of this bike will be its advantage. It is expected to have a good mileage of 60 to 70 km/L. There are no confirmed figures on the mileage of the bike right now.

2019 Pulsar 125 Engine 

The bike’s engine will be a BS6 compliant 125cc unit. This will have a 125cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine with a two-valve head. The 5-speed gearbox will be continued over from the Discover 125. There is a huge chance that Bajaj will discontinue the Discover 125 after the BS6 norms come in compliance. The engine of this bike will be on a sportier side. The power on this bike will be 11.8bhp. The torque on this bike will be 12Nm. All this makes the bike sportier and a much sportier bike than the Discover 125.
