The Egea looks identical to the Aegea concept that the Italian automaker had showcased in May at the Istanbul Motor Show. The dimensions are likely to be same or maybe similar, the Egea will measure 4500 mm long, 1780 mm wide, 1480 mm tall, and have a wheelbase of 2640 mm. As per the official website, the boot space on this sedan is a whooping 510 litres.

The Fiat Egea will be coming with a 1.4-litre T-JET, 1.6 E.torQ and in diesel there will be 1.3-litre and 1.6-litre multijet engine options.

These will be made available with six-speed manual or automatic transmissions. At the moment, the Egea has been designed for left-hand drive markets only, so Turkey will be exporting it only left-hand drive car markets. For India, there is still no clarity on what could be the new platform.
