Mahindra has been on a roll recently with multiple car launches. Anand Mahindra along with Boman Irani and Classic Legends also revived the brand, Jawa. 2018 saw the launch of the Marazzo, Alturas G4, TUV300 Plus. Mahindra also launched the Mahindra Scorpio S9, a new variant. The Mahindra electric rickshaw was also unveiled. In 2019 the brand will not slow down. Mahindra XUV300

This is going to be the first car that will be launched by Mahindra next year. It will be launched with an option of a petrol and diesel engine. The car will get a six-speed manual gearbox and no automatic will be offered by the car in the beginning. The car is based on the Ssangyong Tivoli but for the Indian market takes a lot of inspiration for the design from the bigger XUV500. The car will also get seven airbags which will a segment first. Upcoming cars by Mahindra in 2019 Mahindra TUV300 Facelift

The Tough Utility Vehicle by Mahindra saw a bigger version of itself with the TUV300 Plus in 2018. Now, 2019 will see this car come with more improvements and a new fascia. We expect to finally see a new bumper, new headlights with DRLs and projector headlamps, new tail lights. The car will also get new body cladding and a new bonnet. The car will continue to get the 1.5-liter diesel engine paired to a manual and AMT gearbox. The car could be offered with a petrol engine which is going to debut on the XUV300 soon. 2019 Tuv300 facelift

2019 Mahindra E2O NXT

The E2O is Mahindra’s current electric car sold through dealerships. Mahindra plans to include more electric models of its products in the future. The XUV3oo Electric will come soon and has been codenamed – S210. The E2O is long due for a facelift. The NXT name will join the E20. The car will get a sportier look on the outside. These enhancements will include new headlamps, new taillamps, redesigned body parts like the bumper and the bonnet. The car will have a more aggressive fascia. The car will also get some improvements to the interior We will see the car come with a large touchscreen system. Better storage, more leather inserts and a better instrument cluster with more information. The car will continue to get a 3-Phase Induction Motor that makes 40bhp at 3,500rpm and peak torque of 91Nm at 2,000rpm. This will be paired with a direct drive transmission. There will additionally be a 72V battery and the facelift is expected to return an impressive range.

Upcoming cars by Mahindra in 2019 Mahindra Scorpio 2019

The car that made Mahindra success and has a cult following in the country, the Mahindra Scorpio. In 2018 this car received a new variant and in 2019 it will be refreshed with a new generation model. The current Scorpio is aging and Mahindra will want to refresh their most loved car. The car might not be launched in 2019 and will only be unveiled. The car could be launched at the 2020 Auto Expo. The car will get a lot of new features which it’s missing now. It’s too early to predict the specifications, exterior and interiors of the car, but we can say one thing, the car will get a 4WD variant, a micro hybrid with a petrol engine and a Scorpio Electric will follow soon. The XUV500 did receive a minor facelift this year and there were a fair bit of improvements on the car. But as we are aware of the fact that Mahindra will be developing the next XUV500 with the help of Ford. It will be a common platform. But as Foord and Mahindra have said, this will not be merely a badge engineering exercise. The Ford and the Mahindra will look very different. 2019 Mahindra Thar

The most iconic car in the Mahindra lineup – Thar. This is a classic and Mahindra can’t really do a lot of things in this car without messing up with its character and legend. TRhe Mahindra Thar will now be bigger, stronger and safer. The car will have a more powerful engine too. It will be BS6 compliant. The car could be offered for the first time with an automatic gearbox with a 2WD variant. There will be a 4WD variant with enhanced capability.
