2019 Mahindra Bolero Power+ launched silently
The 2019 Mahindra Bolero will be the answer to the upcoming safety regulations and BS6 norms. The car has been recently spotted by us in Coimbatore testing along with Bolero Pickup and Scorpio. The Mahindra Bolero is a common sight on Indian roads. Be it transporting people from villages, being used as a transport truck, an ambulance, a police vehicle or anything else. The Bolero has been the top selling and most important Mahindra for the company. But with the new BS6 norms closing in, the MUV faces a direct issue of being obsolete in terms of features and specs.

The upcoming Mahindra Bolero has been priced right at the bottom of the vast Mahindra line up. The car is affordable and have features to make sure that the passengers are now safer and more comfortable. This will all be done while keeping in mind that the car will be a great option to consider for people who will use this car ultimately for multiple roles. The current Bolero sits between Rs 7 lakhs to Rs 9 lakhs (ex-Showroom). The new car will be a little bit more expansive. But this won’t be an issue. The Bolero has always come with a lot of variants which try and give the customer most of the features everything in the base model, This new Mahindra Bolero will also do the same.

Mahindra Bolero Specifications
The new Mahindra Bolero is based on the chassis and platform of the upcoming Mahindra Thar. The car continues to use the 2.5-litre 4-cylinder engine which is the same engine as the Mahindra Thar. The car will get a new 6-speed gearbox like the one in the Mahindra Marazzo which will make the diesel MUV a very good package to consider. Will Mahindra give it a 4WD variant? That is a very good possibility.

This would squeeze up the engine compartment and give more space in the passenger cabin specially leg space to the rear passengers on the same chasis -
