Tata Nexon JTP – Will come by 2020

Once you bite the performance bug itsi hard to let go. For Tata the JTP version of upcoming models is going to be a big deal. After the Tiago and Tigor JTP twins, Tata is now going to look into adding another JTP model in the line up.

Tata Nexon JTP Launch

Tata will launch this car in 2020. This will also be the time when the Nexon gets it’s first facelift. The car will come around the festive season again.

Tata Nexon JTP Price

The car currently starts from around Rs 7.5 lakhs and goes up to Rs 13 lakhs. The price increase will be significant. It will cost around Rs 80,000 or more than the standard car.

This will be a bit of a bargain depending on which variant Tata launches it with.

Tata Nexon JTP Specifications

The car will continue with the 1.2-litre engine with a 6-speed manual. The car will have an updated turbo, a revised exhaust, a better and stiffer suspension too and a retuned engine. There will be a new driving mode too. Unlike the Tiago and Tigor, this car could get some personal customization options.

Tata Nexon JTP Design and Interior

The car will be striking to look at. The Nexon JTP will be lower. It will lose ground clearance in the effort to be more spoty. The Nexon will also get JTP badging on various body pannels and will have a meaner and more aggressive look. The car will be ready to tackle corners.

The main competition of the Nexon will be the Ford EcoSport S. It is the most powerful compact SUV and Tata will benchmark that SUV.
