Renault Kwid variants explained in detail

Renault Kwid will be offered with four variants and this hatchback will be priced between INR 3.5lakhs to 4.5 lakhs. This is the company’s new entry-level product and it will be competing with the Maruti Suzuki Alto and the Hyundai Eon. The following are the features that Renault will be offering on the four variants:

Renault Kwid:

This is the base model variant that will be offered with features like:

• Gearshift indicator
• Two years corrosion warranty
• Single tone dashboard colour
• Plain grey upholstery
• Digital instrument cluster
• Internal boot release
• No AC, only heater

Renault Kwid RxE

This is the second-level variant above the Standard version. Apart from the standard variant features it also gets

• Air-con
• Glove box (lower one)
• Engine immobiliser
• Media Pack (which is an optional feature)
• Steel wheels in silver

Renault Kwid RxL

This variant gets some additional features like:

• Power Steering (electric)
• Passenger side outside rear view mirror
• Dual tone upholstery (red and black)
• Media pack as a standard feature
• Black accents on the steering wheel
• Silver surrounds on the AC vents

Renault Kwid RxZ

This is the top-of-the-line variant and this offers:

• Chrome surrounds on AC vents
• Satellite Navigation (Media NAV)
• Keyless entry
• Front fog lamps
• Front power windows
• Driver Airbag (optional)
