Another exclusive form Indonesia! The BR-V that is coming to India will be showcased in Indonesia and the dashboard of this SUV has been snapped by Autonetmagz. The good news is that it doesn’t anything similar to that of the Brio family, despite being from the same family.

The BR-V does look stylish and high quality, somewhat resembling the City than the Amaze/Mobilio. The black and silver styling of the BR-V stands out and it has a touchscreen infotainment system that also high quality too. The AC vents, the glovebox, the instrument cluster all are new, except the steering wheel that is shared with the Brio family. The BR-V will be powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine coming with a five-speed manual transmission and CVT, while the 1.5-litre diesel will be coming with a six-speed manual transmission. Honda has plans to enhance its range of products by adding a compact SUV, but with seven-seaters.

The company’s Man Maximum, Machine Minimum philosophy has helped to make space for seven people than five. This will give the BR-V an advantage over the competition.

The BR-V will be making its way into India sometime next year, as the Japanese auto maker prepares to make space for this SUV into its fleet.

The BR-V will be priced between INR 9-14 lakhs (on-road) and will be coming unveiled at the 2016 Auto Expo.
