Honda trademarks Click 125i design for India -EXCLUSIVE

With the Activa fame, Honda has been growing stronger in the scooter segment. It is already the market leader, and even now there is no scooter that is competing anywhere close to the Activa. Honda is looking at introducing another revolutionary scooter from its global stable.

Honda has registered the design of the Click 125i in India and our sources state that this is the new bike that will be soon making its way too. Honda has plans to introduce 150cc scooters too, but first it will be getting the Click 125i. This will be a revolutionary product as it has 125cc PGC-Fi engine that produces 11bhp of power and 11.16Nm of peak torque. This engine even has an idling stop system. This scooter has a mix of eSP (enhanced Smart Power), idling stop system and even combi-brake system. The Click 125i gets LED headlamp with high quality display for the readers.

The weight of the scooter is 110 kilograms and it has a ground clearance of 135mm. It has 5.5-litre of fuel tank and it has CVT (continuously variable transmission).

Honda Click 125i eSP also gets standard automatic Side Stand Switch where the engine does not start up when in the down position. The Brake Lock easily operated to prevent the motor jump when started or remains in the idle state when stopped on a hill.

Another excellent feature is the ever reliable safety magnetic key (Magnetic Key Shutter) which effectively prevents theft and push-button seat opener.
