Renault will be launching the Lodgy, its new MPV, which will compete with the likes of Honda Mobilio and Toyota Innova. The Renault Lodgy is powered by a 1.

The Renault Lodgy gets body-coloured bumpers, ORVMs and door moulds. The centre console is piano black and the steering wheel is leather wrapped. It will be sold with seven and eight seat options with an option of leather or fabric seats. The brochure shared by Motorbeam also shows that the Lodgy will get electric ORVMs, electro-hydraulic steering wheel, front and rear power windows, touch screen infotainment system, power sockets for three rows, cruise control, speed limiter, rear view camera, ABS with EBD, dual airbags, keyless entry, rear wiper with washer and defogger. It rides on 15-inch wheels, and these are alloy wheels.

As per the ARAI figures, the Renault Lodgy 83bhp returns a fuel efficiency of 21.

05 km/l and the 108bhp will give a mileage of 19.98 km/l. In the real world, it should be about 16km/l and 14.5km/l respectively. The 83bhp comes with a five-speed manual transmission and the 108 gets a six-speed simple shift stick.

The Lodgy is a spacious MPV and it competes with the Toyota Innova and Honda Mobilio. Expect the pricing of this Renault MPV to be between the two somewhere. Renault Lodgy’s biggest USP is its space.
