Suzuki Motorcycle India has plans to expand its current range of two-wheelers, be it in the scooter segment or off-roader bikes. The Japanese bike maker is now looking at exploring the Indian bike market with different segments. The Address 110 is a 110cc scooter, which has 14-inch wheels and this means better ride and comfort too.

The Address 110 is currently sold in Europe and is manufactured in Indonesia.

Expect manufacturing to commence in India too, however this will be sometime in 2016. The Address is likely to set-up its own segment in the 110cc. With these big tyres, the Address can even target the rural market against the mopeds, if priced aggressively. The Address has a 5.2-litre fuel tank and 20.6-litres of storage space. One can easily stash their full-face helmet, rain gear and other items in the storage space provided. Then there is an additional space of 500ml and 600ml below the ignition key.

A large-capacity rear carrier comes as standard equipment and can be fitted with a genuine accessory top case for even more practical storage. The ignition key hole is covered to help prevent motorcycle theft and provides easy access to the under seat compartment using the main ignition keyhole, eliminating the need to remove the key to open the seat compartment.

The ground clearance of this scooter is 120mm it is lighter than Activa and Maestro by 13 kgs. The two scooters are about 110kgs, while the Address is only 97kgs.

The Address gets a front disc brake, while the rear is a drum. This would be the revolutionary scooter from Suzuki, which could change the market thinking and buyers could demand these features.
