Bajaj Pulsar NS200 has been around for a while now. This 200cc bike is famous for its value for money offering in the 200cc range. But as time passes the design is slowly becoming older. So to give it a fresh look Bajaj might soon introduce new Pulsar NS200 colours. Why do we say so? Take a look at the commercial below.
Pulsar NS200 commercial
Although this commercial from Bajaj is about social distancing they have taken this opportunity to showcase their 2 new colours. It is a well made commercial and like any bajaj commercial it does include a lot of well-done stunts. This time the stunts are done keeping social distance.
Even though we see 2 new colours on the bike the advertisement also puts the disclaimer that “Products shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product. Actual colours may vary.”
Currently, the bike comes in 4 main colours. – Graphite Black, Mirage White, Fiery Yellow and Wild Red. These colours have been there around since the introduction of the bike. The bike has a matte finish on these colours which gives it a premium look than just the plan gloss metallic.
Pulsar NS200 Colours
We expect the Bajaj these 2 new colours to replace the Wild red and Fiery Yellow. They come with white painted rims. The frame of the bike is also painted white which gives a different stand apart look. The rims seem to get a stickering of the colour that is seen on the Tank. A good contrast is seen with the badging on the 200 which was missing on previous versions.
The rear quarter panel of the bike under the pillion seat gets the dual-tone colour with black being the base coat. Lastly to top it all off the underbelly cowl for the engine also gets the colour from the tank.
We are expecting a price hike when these colours will be introduced on the Pulsar NS200. With these new Pulsar NS200 colours, bajaj might able to gain control over the customers that thought the design was outdated.
The Bajaj Pulsar NS200 comes with a 199.5cc engine which makes about 24 bhp of power. At Rs 1.29 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi) this bike is the value for money offering in this segment.
