This engine comes mated to a V-Matic transmission, just like any other scooters. This is the same engine that does duty on Vespa VXL. The fuel tank is 7 litres, and this is more than sufficient for riding in the city. This is in fact more than most of the scooters which are at 5 litres. This engine will be the fastest 125cc in the offering. One down side of this scooter will be its stiff suspension, which is ideal for good handling characteristics.
