Mahindra is gearing up to launch an all-new SCV in the coming few days, which will be called as Jeeto.

This new SCV from Mahindra will be a sub 1-ton pick-up that will be placed between the Tata Ace and the Super Ace, however this will be a lot more powerful and efficient too. Mahindra will be using the newly developed M-Dura engine on the Jeeto. This is likely to be manufactured at the Zaheerabad plant of Mahindra, which will soon be inaugurated for the production of LCVs.

This new Mahindra SCV is based on a new platform and it might replace the Gio.

The other SCV launch this year will be Maxximo, which will now come with an AC variant. This will be the first vehicle in its segment to get this feature. It was a while ago that Mahindra had started giving Maxximo for school purpose and now with the AC it will just be an advantage for the Indian utility vehicle. This was spotted by one of our readers Arpit Rathi.

Tata Motors will be launching two more commercial vehicles, one will be called as Mobia (face-lift version of the Tata 207 DI) and the Tata Super Ace Mint (which will be priced above Rs 4 lakhs).
